Can any of your products be contaminated with gluten or dairy?
Absolutely not. Our facility is strictly 100% gluten and dairy free. We do not bring allow any products in the facility that contain gluten or dairy, and even staff members are prohibited from bringing gluten or dairy related items into the building. Check out "our story" for more information.
Do you use non-GMO ingredients?
We ensure to the best of our ability that the ingredients we purchase from our suppliers are certified organic and Non-GMO.
Is your facility a dedicated gluten-free and dairy-free zone?
Our facility is a 100% dedicated gluten and dairy free facility.
What is your dedication to health?
We are passionate about good health, and by association good food. Our products our organic, gluten and dairy free, soy free (except for soy lecithin in a couple of products), Non-GMO, No hydrogenated fats, no artificial ingredients, no chemical sugars or white refined sugars, free from additives, preservatives, food colors, herbicides, or pesticides.
Since we've taken the time and dedication to make all these products from scratch, we ensure that our products are served and packaged in biodegradable containers (including utensils),that are made from food products and are free from harmful substances like chemicals or bleach.
Our goal is to provide delicious, pure, clean and healthful food for your enjoyment.
Do you bake with organic ingredients?
All of our products are 95% organic. We have a handful of items that are currently not available from manufacturers organically, but we ensure they are all natural and free from additives, pesticides, and preservatives. We periodically search for alternative organic products to replace these items, and change them as soon as they are available.
Do you make products that are Vegan, Sugar free, Paleo, or numerous other allergies?
We do our best to accommodate as many needs as possible. We currently have sugar free banana breads, some vegan pies and granola bars, and will soon have Paleo lunches too! Please ask at the store for specific allergy requirements.
How much shelf-life do your products have?
Our products that are shipped are fresh frozen, and can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months. THe product at the store are baked fresh daily and can be stored refrigerated for up to a week at a time depending on the product in question. Please check with us for information on a particular item.
What about artificial ingredients?
Our products are baked fresh from scratch daily without the use of preservatives, additives or food colors.
How do you deal with cross-contamination?
The food preparation process can result in cross contamination of food products. Our production lines are often shared with food products that contain many various ingredients. In using shared equipment, there is a chance that traces of food allergens may be left on surfaces or on equipment resulting in cross contamination of other products.
We understand that allergies vary from mild to severe on a number of food ingredients, and although we endeavor to adhere to a strict cleaning protocol, we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free from common allergens such as eggs, nuts, chocolate or fish.

We need a 24-48 hour notice for items
What is the best way to contact you?
By telephone during store open hours; tuesday to friday from 8:30 - 4pm, and saturday from 8:30 - 3pm.
Do you deliver?
We currently deliver in the San Juan Capistrano area. Our minimum order quantity for delivery is $50, and there is a delivery fee of $15.
How do I place a pick-up order?
You can order baked treats by telephone to be picked up at the local store. Baked goods bought by telephone must be prepaid.
Can I order lunch by telephone?
Our lunch menu is online, and you can place lunch orders by telephone to be picked up at the store.

How do I know my order was received?
You will receive confirmation by email only for items that are to be shipped.
When can I ship products I ordered?
All orders must be shipped by 10am to ship that day, otherwise they will ship the next day. We ship products from monday to wednesday. We currently do not ship from thursday to sunday. We ship via USPS (statewide) or UPS (in california only).
Whats your Product Storage?
Products are best stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.
